With regret we are increasing the hire charges for using the halls and meeting room at the St. Martin's Centre as from 1st April 2019 .
These increases are as a result of substantial increased costs of the utilities, council tax and insurance,which have risen over the last three years.
We have strived to keep our charges low over the last 3 years and absorbed annual increases but now need to pass on the extra costs.
We thank you for continued patronage and trust you will continue to use our facilities. Any bookings already made will be honoured at the old rate up to a cut off date of July 31st.
Two halls and one meeting room available for hire. Ideal venue for small receptions, private parties, lectures, concerts and training rooms. Unfortunately we are not licensed for discos or the playing of loud music.
We now have two extra halls and one small meeting room available for hire.
One to hold up 35 seated, 50 standing and the other can accommodate 50 seated and 65 standing. The meeting Room can accommodate 10 to 15 seated. Plus kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

Hall 1 - Size 8 m long x 6 m wide with sliding partition walls between the two halls.
Hall 2 - Size 8 m long x 6 m wide with sliding partition wall between the two halls.
Serving hatch to kitchen. Both halls are equipped with tables and chairs.
Total maximum persons per hire: 100.
Halls 1 and 2 can be hired as one large hall measuring 16m x 6m wide (at extra cost of +50%)
Kitchen: modern, fully fitted with double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink, cutlery and crockery.
Meeting Room: size 5 m x 4 m, sufficient to accommodate up to 16 people. Equipped with tables and chairs.
